Thursday, October 1, 2020
Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

October already and the fishing has been very good. We are seeing a good number of some nice size puppy drum along the beaches in Corolla most of the fish average 15" to 25" and a quick shout out to Gregory and  Nick Nesbitt fishing the sound side with a couple of reds in the slot, so good fishing is everywhere. Along with the drum we have black drum, mullet, croaker, and a flounder and pompano here and there. Don't forget flounder season hs now ended. The piers this morning have mullet, pompano, puppy drum, croakers and black drum. No boat reports to speak of today. The fishing was a little slow yesterday but today we have already had some good reports in plus it is gourgouse out this morning get out there and enjoy. The water tenp is 72 with some 1 to 2 foot waves.
