Today's scarry report. Happy Haloween to you. The scary thing to report is that there really isn't much to report. We have some high surf and a strong rip that will last for a couple of days but the rest of the week should be decent. The drum do like this rough surf if you can keep your gear out there. The drum are still out there with trout mullet and bluefish. The piers do seem to be slow this morning with croakers and mullet but a lot of bait around Nags Head pier. No boats have been out with the windy conditions on the water but they should resume shortly.
It's going to be a much different Halloween this year all we can do is make it the best we can and enjoy what we do have, be safe and we will check back in tomorrow.
