OBX Bait & Tackle Corolla Outer Banks, Corolla Fish Report
Thursday, March 25, 2021
Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Warm weather for the next few days? Just not sure what to think but we will take it. Still, nothing to report on the fishing front but there are folks trying. Things will remain on the slow side with the ocean at 46 degrees. The wind did shift yesterday afternoon bringing the water back to the sound side which is good news and will offer another option to fish the other side. My guess you might see some catfish, bass, or white perch and you can use nightcrawlers, shrimp, or squid over there. Oceanside we may see some dogfish, puffers, croakers but it will be slow!! Inshore charters are finding mostly dogfish but the offshore if weather permitting to get out there the tuna are there so all-day boats you can catch some good table fare right now. The store is open from 9 to 3 pm just due to it still being on the slow side but we are here. We will keep you posted if anything happenens.
