Corolla Fish Report
Late Report today. Just could not get it done this morning but it kinda pays off. Report from one angler that is catching puppy drum basically just behind the store which is some good news. Now your thinking you probably want some more news, well here you go. The water this afternoon is 57 yes I said 57 with waves at 2 feet and a North west wind great conditions for drum. Want more you say, there are trout down in Kitty hawk so we should be seeing these guys where we are as well and the mullet should be out there too. The little bridge in Nags head has trout all over it. For the big drum they are hitting the lines at the point in Hatteras so it maybe worth the drive. Nearshore boats have dogfish but I did hear of some big drum around the opening that were catch and release. The offshore boys can get you out for the tuna with some mahi and wahoo. So it was worth the wait for getting the report done today.
