Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Strong winds and cooler temps this morning will keep most off the water today. Fishing has been fairly good on the beaches. Water temp today is 68 degrees and the waves are 2 to 3 feet. We have had Puppy Drum, Sheepshead of all things, Red Drum these last few days. The piers with Avon getting a Red Drum early this morning with Puppy drum and trout and spot, black drum mixed at the others. Inshore had small stripers and trout. Off shore limited out on Dolphin and a very good amount of Yellowfin and Blackfin a few Wahoo, King maceral and a Sailfish.
