What's up Wednesday.  Well, I'll tell you. The Kennedy clan will call them set up an offshore trip months ago and they really are some genuine people. They had a charter last year and caught Spanish and blues and wanted a better trip with some bigger fish. They couldn't quite swing the all day so we set them up on an 8-hour trip on our flagship the Waverunner which is 63 feet of awesomeness!! Long story short they had a great day with limits of tilefish and amberjacks and nailed a big Cuda. They wanted bigger and they got it and I could not be happier that they had a great trip because that's what it's all about, and I'll be willing to bet they do an all-day next time.
Tim, Chris, and Nicolas  Finn with Glenn and Allen Osbourne from VA were at it again last night and went 3/0 on the shark fishing all were sand tigers in the 6 to 7-foot range and these guys are tearing it up Great job, and thanks for the pictures.
Along the beach, it should be a good day we have 1-foot waves and a 68-degree water temp we should see clear conditions out and we do have mullet, croaker, spot bluefish around and folks are enjoying the action. WE are out of bloodworms there is a shortage of these things too this year but shrimp, fish bites and cut bait are working. On the piers, a little slow this morning but they do have mullet, spot, skate, croaker, and some reports of pompano around the inlet.
Boating action is on the inside there are bluefish, drum and trout to be had. On the outside blues spanish, albacore and ribbonfish are here for your enjoyment. The offshore fleet had a spectacular day with lots of mahi, big eye, wahoo, yellowfin, tilefish, amberjack, sailfish, and blue marlin so if you weren't out there yesterday I'm guessing you weren't fishing!!

Thanks to everyone that sends in your pictures we do appreciate them and you can send yours to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com
