Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Super Saturday morning. Nice and sunny today with the calm wind so far. The waves have calmed down and will improve each day with a wave height of about 3 feet today. The water temp did fall to 73 this morning but is still in a good range of temperature. There could have been some unreported drum catches yesterday you can catch them in the ruff surf but today is also looking good. It is Saturday so it is another change-over day and we will more than likely not hear much for a couple of days. The pier action is not too bad and they have seen some good days of fishing. As far as the charter fleet, not much to report due to the swell, and the north wind makes it very difficult to get out of the inlet but the fleet should be back in action today or tomorrow. We will keep you posted as things happen.

Charters are available and send your photos to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com   And we thank you!
