Super Saturday! Well, we have some great weather this week end so a great time to hit the beach and get some fishing in. I have been out the last few days feeling a little under the weather but feeling better now. This morning we have some 4-foot waves so it is on the rough side but the wind is calm this morning and will be around 8 kts. out of the south today with a water temp of 68 degrees. Up here folks are catching fish but mostly mullet, croaker, black drum, puffers, and trout but also I haven't been here either and I have not heard of many drum. The piers have a good mix of trout both speckled and grey, mullet, flounder, blues, and black drum and they have had big drum the last few days. I have heard of some good fishing down in Ocracoke for those up for the drive. It has been much slower for the charter fleets as we move into the fall season but this is a good time of year to get some fall yellowtail in the gulf along with wahoo and mahi. That's all we have today and we will keep you up to date as we get it.
