I'm not joking, there are no fish!! Despite the big board out front with the fish report folks keep asking what's biting. Let me sum it up for you in one word NOTHING. A week ago the drum and trout started working their way north and then ??? it just shut down I think the only thing that I have heard this week that was caught was a skate. Now I am hoping that something turns around for this week and the fact that no one is really posting any kind of report might also tell you something. I did find one very small report that there was drum in Nags Head getting caught and there were trout seen but not biting but trying to verify that report it just didn't pan out, however, they did get some mullet, puffers, burfish, and flounder so still on the slow side. We will pray for things to turn around for you all this week and keep you posted as conditions change we do have some nice warm weather moving in for the next three days so let's hope that spurs up a bite if not the sunshine is going to feel good!!

The charter fleet are finding drum on the inside and the trout are starting to bite there along with catfish. The offshore action is good with bluefin, yellowfin, some blackfin, wahoo, mahi, and king mackerel so there are fish out there but way out there.

We do have charters available just call the shop for details and we thank you!
