OBX Bait & Tackle Corolla Outer Banks, Corolla Fish Report
Saturday, April 30, 2022
Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Well, it should be a decent week for those coming in today and tomorrow. The waves at 2 feet and a 61-degree water temp. I have really not heard of anything off the beach this last week and I just had a customer in that said folks were catching puppy drum out there but no one seems to be reporting anything in here, word of mouth is everything as I am not on the beach. But conditions as far as I can tell are looking good right now and there is a good turnout on the piers this morning. If you are up for the drive they are still getting a good drum bite down at Hatteras for the big boys. Also in the surf, there should be mullet, and puffers and you may see some blues coming in. Good fishing offshore for tuna, mahi, wahoo, and king mackerel while the nearshore is getting catch and release sea bass and catfish on the inside. Three quarter day boats will put you on the drum.

If you are fishing in Corolla you can send in reports to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com it helps us out greatly and we thank you. Charter desk is open call and reserve your spot.
