  Gloomy Thursday. The wind calmed down this morning but has picked up this afternoon with hazy conditions and rain here and there. If you haven't seen the damage from the storm down towards Hatteras I have posted some pictures to give you some kind of idea. Highway 12 south of Oregon Inlet will remain closed for a whole as they try to clean up the mess and debris that will be scattered all over the beach down there. There have been quite a few houses that have been completely destroyed and many that are just hanging in the balance. As far as a fishing report there is nothing at this time to report there is still high surf and the temp has fallen to 58. We will keep you up to date as conditions change.
