I hope everyone enjoyed the 4th I know Jonathan did as he sent in a photo of his drum caught in the ocean sands area and it is a nice fish. Great job Jonathan!! We also had reports this morning of some schooling Spanish in the area this morning. The water temp is back to normal so we should see the fishing pick up a tic as it has been slow. Expect to see drum, Spanish, mullet, and croaker at the very least, and it may be time to throw some lures around as well. No one has put out any reports for the last few days so I don't know what's happening on the piers or offshore so hopefully things return back to normal tomorrow.
