OBX Bait & Tackle Corolla Outer Banks, Corolla Fish Report

Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Wacky Wednesday to say for sure. More of the same along the beach do you remember? Croaker, mullet and Spot and some bluefish so something new anyway. The southwest wind continues making the water cold but we do have a wind change coming this weekend with some rain. By the way, the folks that gave me the buttermilk pie it is delicious so thank you. We did have one person in this morning with the password that saved him 10% of his purchase so congratulations to him!! I am thinking of doing something strange similar to this in the future that gives everyone a chance to save. The only catch is you will have to read the report to find out what you need to do. I will throw you a hint today the phrase is the name of a movie. I may throw some other hints in and this game will end on August 16th so good luck. The piers really have nothing to report they have been slow and the fishing really is the same from Corolla down to ramp 44 south of the bridge. The nearshore boats had a good day with Spanish, blues, amberjacks, albacore, and moonfish. Offshore still doing well with yellowfin, blackfin, wahoo, mahi, and blue marlin.

Charters are available along with cran and shrimp trips.
