Well, it's been a couple of days now one would think to put out a report when the fishing is good. Okay, so this week started out rough and then calmed down, letting anglers get a few days to fish before the wind picked up like it did today as we get ready for bad weather. David Vance sent in some photos yesterday and he was night fishing and scored 4 drum with two of them in the 45" range on chunk mullet. Thanks for sending these in David. He wasn't the only one these last few days there have been some good drum bites and a school of bluefish came through as well most fish in the 20" range so this rough weather has made for some good fishing. Most of the drum have been slot size and larger with a few baby drum in the mix. Most of the black drum have been small but we did get one report of a couple of larger fish caught. It is looking like we will have two to three days of some bad weather and rain so we will have to wait and see how the fishing is next week for now I will try to keep you up to speed. It also looks like a lot of people deciding to leave today to get ahead of the weather for those who are coming in and I know of a few that are coming in be safe and we will soo you soon.

Charters are taking a break for the next few days.
