Corolla Fish Report
Another beautiful day out this morning so get out and enjoy it!! The ocean is flat this morning and the water cleared up a touch but still on the dirty side for some reason. As far as what is being caught it is much the same with skate and rays. However, it would be nice to see something else and I am sure the fishermen would agree. The ocean is flat but there is still a strong current along the beach. The water temp today in Corolla is 55. The sound side fishing for the last couple of days has been all the white perch you wand and a good catfish bite. What's missing is the drum, they are there we just aren't sure where they are up here. Down at the inlet, there are drum and trout in the flats. Now for offshore fishing if your looking for tuna they are here boats have been getting their limits by noon time and talking to the captains it is red hot right now with perfect weather at the gulf. There are also some scattered mahi and wahoo in the mix.
