Corolla to Nags Head Sound

This has been an on-and-off week. There just hasn't been any consistency lately with the weather its like we are stuck in early spring. The ocean was rough yesterday and today and it's looking like the wind will continue for this week. If there is any good news it looks like the fishing gets better in the afternoons or the last half of the day at least what I can see from the pier cams and it's been a lot of mullet. The offshore fishing is still coming home with tuna, mahi, wahoo, and king mackerels with some billfish here and there. Some cobia have been caught but it's not like it should be. Nearshore is getting blues, spanish with drum and trout still on the inside. That's about all I have for today we will see what tomorrow brings.

The charter desk is open for bookings just call the shop between 8 and 4 pm and we will be running longer hours as we hit memorial day week and we will be having a big sale so don't miss out and we thank you.
