Back in business! Well, we finally have some reports coming in. Now yesterday wasn't stellar but we did see a couple of nice fish landed. Austin Davis from Jackson Va landed this big bluefish right here in Corolla on cobb mullet so well done Austin and thanks for sending in your picture. We had another report up on the 4x4 beach at the Virginia line but he hasn't sent in the pic as of yet but it was a good size red drum and there were also mullet and skate caught. It was a very slow day yesterday and the fish that were caught were in the late afternoon hours but at least we did get a little action and hopefully, we get some more today. The ocean looks pretty clear this morning but we did drop a bit in the water temp to 64. The temp should rebound and is projected to be around 68 for the first week of June will see. The charter trips we offer up here in Corolla are back in action after the week lond wind storm we had. The fishing is picking back up for the sound side and some of these pictures are just before the storms we had. He is booked up for the rest of this week will see how they do today. yesterday they had some nice trout, cats, and perch. Offshore fishing is back up and running and one of our boats did good on the tilefish and mahi yesterday you can expect the nearshore fishing to be getting spanish, trout, and bluefish action. We have plenty of openings for charter trips if you are interested give the shop a call and we can get you all set up. All boats can accommodate up to six anglers and come with everything you need to have a great day and experience on the water. We will keep you updated as new information come in and we thank you.
