Corolla Fish Report
If pictures are worth a thousand words I shouldn't have to wright a thing! We got a load of pictures sent in yesterday so we will start of with some shout-outs. First up Mark and Kaitlyn from PA staying on the 4x4 beach showing off their catch with a couple of nice drum. Brian Douglas sent his photos in with a large ray, flounder, and drums so good job you guys. James from West Chester who does follow us decided to spend some family time down in Avon and they are enjoying some quality crabbing time just not a bad way to spend the day. Also thanks to Thomas our daily beach reporter sent in his report for this morning and went scratch but he is going to give it one more gallant effort tonight before heading home tomorrow. Thanks to everyone for sending in your pics we love to get them and share them.
Today started really windy and it has calmed a bit. The wind coming from the north so we do have a swell with 70-degree green water. and the clarity is not too bad. Change over day today so the reports are hard to come by for a couple of days as we get some new faces out on the beach. The piers were slow this morning before picking up Jennette's reporting spanish, blues, flounder, and a 35# cobia. The nearshore fleet catching spanish, blues, and ribbons and there is some cobia around. Offshore yellowfin, wahoo, blackfin, blue marlin, and mahi, and on the bottom some nice size tilefish.
The last couple of days along the shore seems to have picked up a little but by no means red hot. Long soak times and if you are lucky you can be rewarded with a quality fish. We will keep you posted.
The charter desk is open and we have plenty of charters available call and book your today!!
A reminder the state licensing system will be down from June 27th to July first at 8:am so you will need to get your license online beforehand if you're in town that week beforehand once it's shut down there's nothing you can do.
