Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Much nicer out today. I missed the report yesterday so I will try to catch up. I am still seeing slow fishing along the beaches and piers. Conflicting water temps are also out there which can be just caused by the wind. It's safe to say we are somewhere between 68 and 74 which is a big difference. Surf fishing has been mostly mullet, spot, and croaker with some bluefish. We did have one report of bluefish down at the Ocean Sands area and some to the north. We did have one couple out shark fishing the other night with a live mullet pined on and landed a big red drum!! The shark fishing has been good but giving anglers a run for their money so to speak tearing the gear up!! The wind really did blow yesterday keeping you off of the beach and the boats in. Nearshore boats had ribbonfish, bluefish, and spanish with a couple of cobia. Drum and a good trout bite on the inside. Some offshore boats did get out and it was a rough and bumpy ride but did bring home yellowfin, mahi, and blue marlin released and we are still seeing some shark activity out there to eating at least some of the tuna.

The picture above was caught June 25th out of Oregon Inlet fishing center which tipped the scales at 650#s Bluefin tuna now that's a whopper!!

We have charter openings give us a call and we will get you set up and on the water for a great time and we thank you.
