Corolla Fish Report
Hot and Humid Sunday. The only good news I have for today is I am doing this report from home with an ice cold cocktail in hand, AHHHH!! Folks are still gearing up so not much word from the beach Yet! The water temp is up and we are hovering around 80 degrees. Strong wind today with a calm ocean but the water is a bit dirty. As I reported yesterday we had good fishing last week and we should see more of the same this week. Most of the places I pull reports from don't do one on the weekends so it makes it a little rough. The offshore fishing and nearshore fishing are doing well for folks taking charters even my Corolla charter continues to do well. The shrimp boats doing well with a good load of crab too and as we move towards August the shrimp will get even bigger and this trip is a lot of fun. Hopefully, I have something to pull from tomorrow and I will pass it along. Be safe and stay cool and well hydrated!!
