Well we had a stellar day yesterday. Today we have a SSW wind around 10 kts and the water temp is at 54!! We still have good conditions for fishing today waves at 1 foot and calm. So enjoy today because there is a storm hitting tomorrow. We have had decent fishing it is still early but we do have mullet, perch, puffers but we may see some trout or blues today with any luck. Most anglers have done fairly well just before dusk and the Fish bites seem to be working very well!!! A huge day at the point having there way with the big reds it was game on all day with at least 30 citations awarded. On the ramps from 43 to 55 fishing was good also. Puppy drum along with yearling drum, a good flounder bite one coming in at 3#s and another large striper was caught to at 40" and 24#s. An abundance of shark and bluefish along the beach. The piers catching a few fish this morning but they are on the slow side. Offshore did really well decking yellow and blackfin with some mahi!! But just like last week just when things start to pick up we get a storm to start us all over agine but what do you do. We will keep you posted.
