Corolla Fish Report
MORE DRUM PLEASE!! Today we have a hot and calm wind day with some pretty emerald green water. The ocean is smooth with some decent waves and from what I am hearing a good drum bite. The pictures were sent in by Catherine and Patrick Grant from Glen Ridge NJ and they caught some nice drum on Labor Day so well done you two. It seems that most of the action from folks I have talked to is coming from the 4x4 beach and most folks up there have been getting some nice drum. Not hearing much of a mullet or anything else hitting the lines but the drum seem to be the ticket and mostly caught on cut mullet. The piers have also seen some drum action along with the headboat out of Oregon Inlet. The offshore fishing is still going well with plenty of billfish, mahi with some tuna>
Charters are available and there is some good fishing going on right now just call and reserve your spot today.
Send your fishing photos to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com and we thank you.
