Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Well then, this morning was not too bad overcast but not bad. We do have that weather system moving in this afternoon and the winds have definitely picked up but it does look like a lot of the system will be offshore. I am hearing that the fishing is slow and there are fish out there but the word is their being tight-lipped for now. The water is clean today with a nice swell and the water temp is at 52 up here. Everyone wants to know why the fishing is slow and as I am telling folks it's just early in the season, just because spring may be here doesn't mean it has sprung yet. When you see reports of the water hitting around the 65-degree mark we should see a much-improved fishing report so keep an eye out and watch those water temps. No year or season is the same but we don't typically see the fish really hitting till mid-May this year we may see it take off earlier, but let's face it fishing is not an exact science. Hopefully, we have a nicer day out tomorrow.

The charter desk is open for reservations and we thank you.
