Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Ok fishing picked up yesterday afternoon !! That's good news we had a fare number of slot size puppy drum caught and then there were the other reports of plenty of dog fish, skate and a generous supply of puffers. Waves are flat the water bumped up to 51 degrees and I hope it will continue. To the south fishing sounds to be real nice at the point a good mix of fish with drum, sand bar sharks, big bluefish and some false albacore. At ramp 49 someone hit a jack pot with a 47" 60# black drum. The piers right now have plenty o skate on them shad, puffers and small strippers. Offshore I have no reports.
