Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers

Fishing slowed a bite yesterday with the chilly wind. Today we have 2 to 3 ft waves with a ENE @ 11 kts. Now the duck pier is reporting that the water is 55 degrees this morning I don't know if I believe it but that's what it came in at and I will double check that tomorrow. With that said that will sure help spur some activity with the fish. Avalon pier had a good run on sea mullet. Little bridge had stripper, shad, puppy drum and trout. We are still seeing good fishing down at the point with a mix of some large bluefish, puppy drum, mullet and toads. Offshore fishing has some good grade yellowfin out there with a few bluefin released and charters book up fast call ahead and reserve a boat today for your stay here on the banks or look us op on our web page.
