Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Cloudy and windy day today, waves are reaching 2 feet and water temperature is 60 degrees. Storms in the area are providing for some choppy water. Pier fishing: Bluefish, Sea Mullet, and a few Trout were caught. Jeff Lynch from Fairfax, Virginia pulled in a Thresher Shark and Skate on the Corolla shoreline. The Sound is reporting a good Trout bite this morning. Offshore boats are reporting Dolphin, Tuna, and huge Big-eyes that have been reeled in at 132 lbs. The storm could cause some good fishing in the next few days.
