Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers

Corolla today is under overcast sky's with the water temp 52 degrees the seas at 1' and the wind is calm at 1 kt this will increase by this afternoon but a good day to get out and fish. It's still quit on the north beaches with not many anglers out. The south beaches are reporting Sea Mullet and Blowtoads everywhere and mixed in with them are some grey trout. The little bridge has been producing some good fishing the last couple of days with some really nice speckled trout. The Offshore fleet is enjoying some great fishing with limits on Yellowfin and Dorado's with some Wahoo in the mix also, Personally I wouldn't mind taking a day off and hit some of that!!

OBX Bait and Tackle has everything you need to get out there and do some fishing and hopefully I have the rest of the info by Monday on the new boat rentals we are going to be offering this year. WE also have some of the best charter captains available on the island and it's always a good idea to book your trip well in advance Boat slots fill up fast with advance bookings and if you come in and decide you want to go the next day it may be hard to fit you in.

Thank you we look forward to serving you
