Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Well, stellar weather this week but the fishing has slowed up. We still have flat conditions but look for a change in the wind direction on Thursday. A few scattered puppy drum, mullet, croaker, kingfish. The piers slowed some also with trout, perch, mullet, croaker. Nearshore has been hit and miss lately with spanish and mullet and some flounder but captains are saying it has been slow just due to water temp. Offshore is really good with lot's of yellowfin, Mahi, and some big eye. The big problem offshore has been sharks eating them before you can gaff them but there still bring in good loads of them.
