Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Partly sunny today and hot. Not a whole bunch to report today. The water temp is 77 and we are seeing a strong current making it tough to fish. Tropical storm Gurt will churn things up for the next couple of days. We have had mullet and croaker and I don't think much else. Nearshore is catching a good number of spanish this morning when I talked with captain Brandon aboard the Little Shell this morning. Offshore is just finishing up with the billfish tourney this weekend and also catching yellowfin, wahoo, dolphin.
