Good day everyone. Despite the cold weather drum fishing has been very good. Anglers from nags head to Carova have had excellent fishing. Most fish in the slot along with nice size trout and black drum to boot. Ronnie Tolbert from Moyock scored this drum on chunk mullet at Jennette's pier a couple of days ago. Most of the piers are reporting a good drum bite with loads of trout on most of them. Today is a perfect day to be out and try your luck because lord knows I just can't seem to get out of the office and try my luck out. The boats will be out today and we will see what they get in tomorrows report.
