   Cool and a little crisp but sunny and nice out. Waves are flat today with a mild 7-knot wind from the north. Still slow up on the north side here, but it seems like we are starting to see some movement from the south. The point had a good day with bluefish and puppy drum. There was a nice drum pulled out of the southern shores area and reports of a lot of skate in the Duck area. The local water temp is up to 51 degrees today so this will help a little. There has been on and off days down around obx pier of good mullet bits, so we are seeing some movement. Offshore didn't make it out.
