Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers

Under overcast skies and a little drizzle this morning but the water temp is 64 degrees and the waves are calm for the next few days and this weekend is looking great, the water should be clean and look for the fishing to pick up!!! Ramp 43 and 44 had some Big Sea Mullet and keeper Pompano. Nags Head some Puppy Drum. The Little Bridge had Black Drum under the bridge but were throw backs along with some keeper Trout and a keeper Flounder. The Piers starting with Avalon has Spanish, Bluefish, and Mullet for the rest of them Bluefish and Mullet with the Bluefish hitting on Bucktails and Gotcha jigs. There was a Cobia that weighed in yesterday out of Hatteras that weighed in at 116.2 #s and was 4 oz short of the state record. My thought should have used bigger bait just saying. Inshore has plenty of Bluefish being caught while offshore continues to do very well with Yellowfin, Blackfin, and plenty of Dolphin and let's throw in a few Sailfish to boot.
