Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Nice and sunny and calm wind this morning with the chance of some rain this afternoon. Flat ocean this morning with a temp of around 68 I think. Well, this week we have met some really nice people with no exception with Mick Dupler from Pinkerton Ohio. He wanted to fish on the sound side and catch catfish. It just so happened that we have a new captain running charters in the Carova beach area. Captain Brian took him out and landed this 36-pound blue cat. Mick said he had a great trip and enjoyed it. Mick, we look forward to seeing you the next time and a big thanks to all of the folks that sent in there pictures this week we enjoy them and the help greatly so we much APPRECIATE them, thank you. Locally we have mullet, some flounder, skate and Ray's and occasionally some other stuff like the person who caught a big striper yesterday go figure? The pier action mostly bluefish and mullet with some small cobia on nags head and a few puppy drum on obx pier. Nearshore and inshore doing well on the spanish, bluefish, a good cobia bite with mullet, flounder. Offshore are still hitting good grade yellowfin, mahi, and a few big eye tuna.
