Corolla Fishing Report
Bam!!! fishing in Corolla has been pretty good. Mathew nailed a nice drum yesterday and thanks again for the picture. Fishing has been good but it seems that it is location, location, location. Some anglers not getting much and others doing well. Reports of a good bite on flounder on the 4x4 beach and we had another rouge striper caught. mullet and bluefish and spot are also on the beaches and there have been several puppy drum caught. The pier action picked up with a good run of mullet and bluefish hitting on all the piers. Not much happening on the little bridge but they do have good size spot hitting and throwback trout. Inshore fishing has mullet flounder, bluefish. On the outside cobia still are the target with some good catches. Offshore had a tough day with the weather. Boats weren't out long but still managed to bring home yellowfin.
