Corolla Fishing Report
Hot that's all I can say. We will start out with 1 foot waves increasing later this afternoon. Water temp falling a little to 69 degrees. It's been slow along the beach with fairly good action to the south. We are just waiting for something to break loose here. Pier action as follows spanish, bluefish with some black drum and flounder further south. Nearshore trips doing very well on the spanish and ribbon fish, very ugly but tasty. Some grouper and amberjack being caught. Inshore trout mullet and flounder. Offshore still on fire. Our captain Troy aboard the Carolina Girl went out yesterday and boated a 132 lb. big eye some yellowfin and mahi. Offshore there are marlin and wahoo as well.
