OBX Bait & Tackle Corolla Outer Banks, Corolla Fishing Report
Friday, July 27, 2018
Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Hot and Humid is the word for the day!! Waves at 2 feet with a cool 65-degree water temp. The water is taking it's time to warm back up so the bad news is that the fishing has slowed down, but they are pulling out some mullet, croaker, and spot, skate. The piers are slow today as well with croaker and mullet and spot. The further south you head fishing will be a little better at this time. Little bridge reports trout, stripper, flounder and assorted bottom fish. Nearshore boats found some amberjacks and spadefish. On the inside some flounder, trout, spot, mullet, croakers. For the offshore report, I am pretty sure there were boats out but I came up empty handed on anything getting caught. Today every boat in the fleet is out so we should see something the dock today we will let you know tomorrow.
