Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound
Cloudy and hot today waves at 1 foot but we do have a moderate rip current with a water temp of 68. A little slow but anglers are catching croaker, mullet some flounder and bluefish. The piers were also slow today and there is a good wind out of the south. The water temp has been popping up and down for the last two weeks this could have something to do with the slow fishing. Nearshore boats had a tuff day some getting a few fish and others, not a thing which is a little unusual. Offshore fishing found mahi, tilefish and wahoo.
We are supposed to get back into a normal weather pattern starting tomorrow, can't wait.
