Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound
Another nice morning out today. Waves at 1 foot with a 73-degree water temp and we have a lot of bait in the water. Along the beach, we have mullet, spot, croaker, puffers, shark some flounder and a really good bite on the bluefish. The bait has been squid, finger mullet, and bloodworms. The surprising thing is I'm not hearing anything on the spanish up here. The pier action about the same with spanish and bluefish. Nearshore is having a really good bite on the false albacore and bluefish. There are spanish around and drum. Offshore getting white and blue marlin with a good mix of mahi and tilefish.
