Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound
Another quality day out this morning, water temp around 77 degrees but we do have some rough surf. Big waves and a strong rip current. We have had some keeper trout this morning along with puffers, black drum, and a few blues. Pier action has spanish and bluefish off the end of the piers along with a good trout bite on most of them. Nearshore still has some nice size spanish and trout with some albacore and king mackerel. Offshore is just killing it out there with limits of mahi and a good wahoo bite yesterday up to 50 #s and just about all the white marlin you want to catch. We also have good numbers of yellowfin in the area.
