   Rainy this afternoon but the weather should change back around. Our local fishing has been very good. We have had a good number of red drum caught up in Corolla and Carova. A good trout bite has continued for the last couple of weeks with bluefish and in some cases, the blues have just been a pest to some anglers. But overall a good variety of fish. The piers have trout and blues on them along with perch, black drum, spot and 1 big red at Jennette's pier last night. Nearshore are catching spanish up to 9#s along with blues and trout. Offshore did well and filled the coolers up with yellow and blackfin, wahoo and a generous share of good grade mahi and some bigeye tuna.
