Corolla Fishing Report
DAY # 2 Of being open and surprising enough folks are running around. We had rain this morning now we are just dealing with the wind. I did try to see what if any reports may have been posted but came up empty. The water temp is 51 today so really we are not far off of what we would like to see so we may just see some early fishing this year. Some new news is that we were talking with one of the locals yesterday and we do get many requests for surf fishing lessons or guided surf trips so we are in talks and trying to put something together. Lessons and or shark fishing trips for those less experienced would be available in the mornings or evenings and we also just may have someone doing fish cleaning. Still, we are looking at different options, and if we get it all ironed out I will post it on the website and let you all know. The fish cleaning would be a big help especially for our charter trips sound side up here in Corolla.
We are taking early bookings for charter trips and we offer trips from half a day to all day including crab and shrimp trips which starts July 1st. The shop currently is open from 9 am to 3pm for now and you can call the shop to book.
