Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Well it's a nice day out but windy today with the waves 5' to 7' today and the water temp at 72 degrees. Fishing has been a little slow on the beaches with Mullet, Shark, Trout, and some Bluefish one report anglers reported someone catching a huge Bluefish and no one reported it. The piers are slow as well with Bluefish at all but Avalon with Spadefish. Nearshore turn on with a healthy Drum bite with Shark, Bluefish and Spanish and Sea bass. Offshore still going really well with a Big Eye day with fish hitting the scale at 117#s to 142#s along with Yellowfin, Nice wahoo, Mahi and some sailfish releases.
