Offshore some boats had a great day yesterday, others didn’t catch much. Today there were scattered TUNA, MAHI, TILEFISH ,few SAILFISH, few WHITE MAARLIN, and a handful of BLUE MARLIN. MAHI were caught within a couple miles of the beach for some boats.
Inshore boats caught TRIGGERFISH, COBIA, SPANISH MACKEREL, few KING MACKEREL, ALBACORE, and big RED DRUM.
Sound had great SHEEPSHEAD, big RED DRUM around the inlet, PUPPY DRUM, and lots of TROUT.
Piers were a little slow with few BLUEFISH, SPANISH MACKEREL, good SHEEPSHEAD, FLOUNDER, SEA MULLET.
Beach fishing is getting pretty good. Mixed size DRUM around the inlet with some 40in fish caught. FLOUNDER, POMPANO, and SEA MULLET caught too.
Patrick Miller and friends had a great day catching tuna and tiles.
