The 19th annual Ocrafolk Music and Storytelling Festival will be held in the heart of the village of Ocracoke Island, NC on June 1-3, 2018. The celebration features musicians, storytellers, artisans, and characters of Ocracoke Island and Eastern North Carolina.
2018 Perfomers include Upstate Rubdown, Cane Mill Road, Molasses Creek, Donald Davis, Aaron Burdett, Shana Tucker, Violet Bell, Chatham Rabbits, Donald Thompson Band, mahaloJazz, Martin Garrish & Friends, Paperhand Puppets, Coyote, Beleza with Miles Pearce, Ballet Folklorico de Ocracoke, Bob Zentz & Jeanne McDougall, Craicdown, Rodney Kemp, Skye Zentz, Ocrachicks, John Golden, Jef the Mime, Green Grass Cloggers, Louis Allen, Philip Howard, and more. Ocrafolk Festival is produced by Ocracoke Alive, a community non-profit committed to enriching the Ocracoke Island by encouraging and sponsoring cultural, artistic, educational, and environmental activities including the production of plays, musicals, musical events, exhibits, schools, workshops, and festivals.

Tickets ~ This year folks will need to purchase tickets to gain access to audience areas at the stages. This change has become necessary to pay for Ocrafolk Festival and support its mission raising funds for Student Arts Programing on Ocracoke.
