This class is great for building strength and stability. We build this strength with the focus on mobility to enhance range of motion. Learn to use a foam roller to perform self-myofascial release techniques. This segment aids in releasing tension and tightness in the muscles, improving blood flow, and enhancing recovery. You'll be guided through various rolling techniques that target specific muscle groups.
