Whether it's a date, friend or family outing, or a few hours just for yourself, leave the hustle behind and let your creativity flow at Old Tom's in downtown Manteo. We provide paint supplies free of charge with purchases of $10 or more (or for $15 without other purchases). Start painting anytime between 3:30 & 8:30 pm. Painting must end by 9:30pm - paint supplies will not be handed out after 8:30 pm. Old Tom's has games, TV's, wifi and more for non painters.
