Hop aboard for a scenic boat ride to our family’s oyster farm nestled in the Oregon Inlet area. As we cruise through the upper Pamlico Sound, you’ll take in stunning views of Bodie Island Lighthouse, Wanchese, and nearby islands—keep an eye out for dolphins, fish, shorebirds, and other local wildlife along the way!
Over the course of this relaxed one-hour tour, Captain and Owner Bobby Smith, along with fellow local captains, will guide you through the Smith family's three-acre oyster farm. You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how oysters are grown, from the tools we use to the techniques that help them thrive in the unique conditions of the Outer Banks.
And of course, no trip is complete without tasting—enjoy the fresh, briny flavor of oysters pulled straight from the water. The calm waters make this tour family-friendly and ideal for all ages. Private charters are available for up to six guests at $75 per person, with a two-person minimum requirement.
