Chutes for Shelter – a World Record Attempt and Fundraiser
We’re excited to announce an extraordinary event that combines adrenaline, community spirit, and a mission to make a difference.
We will attempt over 105 tandem skydives in just 24 hours for Chutes for Shelter – a world record attempt and fundraiser to benefit the OBX SPCA and OBX Room In The Inn.
This event is more than just skydiving – it’s about providing shelter for everyone, and showing that together, we can achieve incredible things.
We invite you to come out, cheer us on, shop with local vendors, and enjoy a full day of fun, all while helping two amazing local causes.
Event Highlights:

Jumping starts at 3:30 am, but most activities and record-breaking jump around 6 pm. In case of rain, we have scheduled backup days for September 23, 24, and 25.
