The Frank & Fran's Bait & Tackle Kayak Fishing Tournament returns for its second year. Show off your best paddling and fishing skills as you compete for the titles of Biggest Blue Fish, Biggest Flounder, Biggest Red Drum or Most Fish Caught. Winners receive fishing and boating swag from Frank and Fran's Bait & Tackle in Avon.
