OBX EventsOBX Soft-Shell Week

Outer Banks Soft-Shell week is starting Monday May, 12th. Participating restaurants will be making one dish for the whole week using soft-shells that come straight from the shedder in the backyard of the Outer Banks. This week will allow you to try all different type of soft-shell recipes and then you can vote for your favorite one! Think sandwiches, inventive appetizers, and creative dinners, all centered around the delicious soft-shelled crab. We can’t wait to see everyone who joins in on this crab crawl!
